Watch: Harry Styles’ Mom Shows Subtle Support for Zoë Kravitz Amid Romance
It was hard to miss the diamond on Zoë Kravitz‘s finger, but is it a sign that she’s engaged to Harry Styles?
If so, that major status update would come about eight months after the pair first sparked romance rumors while on a cozy-looking stroll in Italy. And that wasn’t just a when-in-Rome situation, because less than two weeks later, they joined Zoë’s dad Lenny Kravitz for lunch in New York.
While their coupling has yet to produce a red carpet appearance, low-key coffee runs and dinner dates have suited the private pair just fine.
The story of both their lives involves a lot of romantic history, Zoë having been married to Karl Glusman for 18 months before filing for divorce in 2021 and then engaged to Channing Tatum until October 2024. Styles has had a busy 15 years in the public eye, most recently dating Olivia Wilde and Taylor Russell. And Zoë, incidentally, has credited pal Taylor Swift with helping her make it through COVID lockdown in London.
But that’s the past, and Harry has been thinking about the future lately.
“I had a real honest conversation with myself about, ‘OK, in five years, what do I want my life to look like?'” the 32-year-old told Apple Music’s Zane Lowe in March. “And then how do I make changes to aim at that?”

Namely, he wants to be “fulfilled” and “in great relationships with people,” he explained. “I want to have great friendships with people. I want a family. I want these things. It just allowed me to go like, ‘Okay, what do I have to do to create space to allow these things to happen? I can’t just expect them to just happen to me.’”
Reflecting on why someone ends up being “the right person,” Harry told Zane, it’s “because they hold you accountable to the person that they know you want to be. I think accepting flaws and stuff is like, yes, having understanding is wonderful, but you know that I want to be better than that. So, when you challenge me on something, it’s a gift to me, actually.”
However, going through a divorce did have Zoë questioning what direction she wanted to go in, and whether there’d be another stop at the altar along the way.
“I just learned to think about who I am and what I want,” the Big Little Lies actress told GQ in 2022. “You meet someone who’s amazing and wants to marry you, and there’s nothing wrong with that. If there’s nothing wrong, then why wouldn’t you do it?…It’s a hard question to ask yourself: ‘Maybe I don’t want the thing that I’m supposed to want, a marriage, children, any of it. I don’t know if I want that at all.’”
At the time she was dating Channing, who starred in her directorial debut Blink Twice. But, as has been the case with her and Harry’s relationship, she valued keeping aspects of their connection just for themselves.
“You want to keep it sacred and private as long as you can,” the 37-year-old explained. “So that you don’t have to even think about what the world thinks about it.”
Harry is no more effusive about the particulars of his private life, choosing instead to wear his heart on his musical sleeve. Still, he has acknowledged the extra spring in his step since last summer’s Roman holiday.
“I’ve had a lot of big realizations,” the Kiss All the Time, Disco Occasionally artist told BBC Radio 1’s Greg James in January. “I’ve generally opened up more to the world and allowing some more positive things to come into my life.”
And he called his cheeky album title a “life mantra.”
“It’s unhealthy to disco all the time,” he quipped, “so loving and moving through your life with love and then taking a break every now and again to have some fun is a really good way to approach your life.”
