BEREA ― The Browns took strides forward on both offense and defense in their Week 2 win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. They’ll need to take even more steps in a positive direction for them to turn that into a win streak when they open the home schedule against the Carolina Panthers.
Offensive coordinator Travis Switzer, defensive coordinator Mike Rutenberg and special team Byron Storer will hold their weekly media availability on Sept. 24 to discuss the improvements made from Week 1 to Week 2. They’ll also address the challenges faced this week against a Panthers team that’s also 1-1.

The Browns will also have their second practice of the week in preparation for Carolina. The injury statuses of multiple defensive players, including cornerback Tyson Campbell and safety Grant Delpit, will remain things to monitor going into the first home game.
