President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has departed Abuja for Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, on an official visit to commission several projects executed by Governor Umo Eno.
Tinubu is expected to commission several projects during the one-day working visit on Friday, November 6, including the Arise Palm Resort.
The visit comes ahead of the President’s scheduled trip to Rivers State on Saturday, November 7, where he is expected to attend the APC presidential campaign rally.
Tinubu’s visit to Akwa Ibom comes shortly after his return from Saudi Arabia, where he performed Umrah and visited the Kaaba, the sacred structure located within the Grand Mosque in Makkah.
