Watch: Sabrina Carpenter Brings Out Madonna During Coachella Weekend 2 Performance
Sabrina Carpenter and Madonna have stage chem.
After all, the “Espresso” singer brought out the “Like a Virgin” hitmaker as a surprise guest during her April 17 Coachella weekend two headlining performance.
Madonna hit the stage while Sabrina was performing her 2024 song “Juno.” After the 26-year-old—donning an embellished bodysuit, a white angel wing-inspired cape, and matching heels—sang her iconic lyrics, “Have you ever tried this one,” the track then cut to the queen of pop’s 1990 hit “Vogue.”
As the 67-year-old took the stage in a purple mini dress that featured a corset waist, matching opera gloves, and heeled boots, the crowd’s cheers can be heard in an April 18 video shared to X.
To accessorize further, Madonna topped off her festival look with a leather jacket, thigh-high purple stockings, and a pair of protective glasses.
But the pair’s show-stopping performance didn’t end there. Indeed, the duo please, please, pleased fans even further by performing Madonna’s “Like A Prayer” together, as well as an unreleased track from the music legend’s upcoming album Confessions on a Dance Floor: Part II.
Following the bombshell performance, the “Material Girl” singer thanked the Disney alum for welcoming her to the stage.
“Sabrina, thank you so much for inviting me on your show,” Madonna said during the performance, per The Hollywood Reporter, before Sabrina replied, “No thanks needed, Madonna. You can have whatever you want.”

Reflecting back on her 2006 performance at the annual music festival, Madonna emphasized how special it was to dominate the stage yet again.
“I have a few things I wanna get off my chest,” she said. “20 years ago today, I performed at Coachella. I was in the dance tent, and it was the first time I performed Confessions on a Dance Floor: Part I in America. And that was such a thrill for me.”
“So you can imagine what a thrill it is for me to be back 20 years later in the same boots, the same corset, the jacket I had on earlier, the same Gucci jacket,” she added. “So, it’s like a full circle moment, very meaningful for me.”
Another “thrill” was getting to perform alongside a fellow short n’ sweet musician.
“The other thrilling thing I need to point out to everybody right now is this probably the first time I’ve ever performed with someone who’s shorter than me,” she said. “So, thank you for giving me that experience.”
And Sabrina was happy to oblige. As she replied, “Amen!”
