The Phillies face the Rays at 2:30 p.m.
Showers are likely after 2 p.m. and will continue until 11 p.m. Sept. 27. There’s a quarter to half and inch of rain expected. Highs will be near 66 degrees.
Right-hander Zack Wheeler (13-5, 3.06 ERA) will start for the Phillies. Right-hander Nick Martinez (15-5, 2.94 ERA) will start for the Rays.
The Phillies activated starting pitcher Jesus Luzardo from the injured list. To make room on the 28-man roster, RHP José Urquidy was designated for assignment.

Luzardo is 14-5 this season with a 2.87 ERA.
The game will be broadcast on NBCSP. The radio broadcast will be on 94WIP and WDEL 101.7 FM/1150 AM.
