    Apollo Nida is feeling just peachy about ex Phaedra Parks‘ new relationship.

    After Parks announced that she was dating Traitors costar CT Tamburello her former husband explained that he supports her new romance because he trusts the Real Housewives of Atlanta star’s judgment for their kids. 

    The 47-year-old, who shares kids Ayden, 16, and Dylan, 13, with Parks, told TMZ Sept. 7 that, given the reality star has always managed her relationships appropriately as a mom, he had no worries about her new boyfriend as long as the Challenge star treated Parks and their children well. 

    In fact, Nida, whose divorce from Parks was finalized 2017, also reportedly told TMZ that while he doesn’t keep up with Parks’ love life, emphasizing that their interactions are focused on their teenagers, he still wasn’t shocked by the news about Tamburello because of the chemistry the pair displayed while filming The Traitors in 2024.

    As such, the fitness expert told the outlet he was happy for Parks as long as she was happy, adding that she was deserving of love. For his part, Nida himself moved on with real estate developer Sherien Almufti, with the couple, who married in 2022, reuniting onscreen with Parks on Bravo’s Married to Medicine in 2025.

    Meanwhile, Tamburello’s estranged wife Catalina White—who filed for divorce in January—found news of his connection with the attorney a little challenging, for one specific reason.

    Replying to E! News’ Instagram post about the relationship update, White wrote, alongside several clapping emojis, “Sign the papers.”

    But Parks and Tamburello, who showed off their flirty side on the Creative Emmy Awards red carpet Sept 5., aren’t the only celebrity couple to go public this summer. Read on for other stars who hard-launched their love online in 2026.
