    Kyle Richards’ Daughter Sophia Gets Boob Lift After GLP-1 Weight Loss

    Watch: Kyle Richards Shares Dating Update 2 Years After Mauricio Umansky Separation

    Sophia Umansky has gone under the knife.

    The 26-year-old daughter of former The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills couple Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky recently underwent breast lift surgery after weight loss from using GLP-1 medication left them “hanging real low.”

    “I’ve been on Mounjaro for a little over a year now,” she began in an April 28 TikTok. “At first, I lost a ton of weight very rapidly and then I gained weight back. Now, I feel like I’m finally able to balance out at a perfect medium.”

    But as a result of her fluctuating rate, Sophia said her breasts were “not sitting” where she’d like them. So, she opted for a cosmetics procedure that transferred fat from her hips to her chest for volume.

    “I know getting this done will make me so much more confident in my body,” the Buying Beverly Hills star continued, “and that’s always the goal.”

    However, that wasn’t not the only makeover she had scheduled on her calendar. Sophia also penciled in some work on her lips that same week.

    “I’m gonna be bandaged up and have scabbed, peeled lips,” she added. “Wish me luck.”

    And Sophia made surgery day into a family affair. Not only did she enlist plastic surgeon Dr. Steven Teitelbaum—who did her mom’s breast reduction in 2022—for her own procedure, but Kyle even tagged along to the clinic.

    “I’m not a fan of implants. I’ve never had implants and I still don’t,” Kyle said during the car ride in an April 29 TikTok. “I’m really excited that Sophia is not getting implants.”

    So, how did Sophia feel after the surgery? “My hips hurt,” she shared in a video posted on April 30. “My hips hurt really worse than my left boob.”

    Though the influencer quipped in her post-op haze that she never wanted to undergo the procedure again, she’s ultimately happy with the results. As Sophia captioned her recovery video, “Hii cleavage!”
