CANTON — Johnson C. Smith will meet Albany State in the Black College Football Hall of Fame’s annual Clash at the Classic at Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium. Kickoff time is 4 p.m.
The Clash at the Classic features teams from historically Black colleges and universities. The game is sponsored by the Pro Football Hall of Fame which is home to the Black College Football Hall of Fame.

The Golden Bulls won the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association title in 2025. They finished 10-2.
The Golden Rams are the defending Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference champions. They went 12-2 last year.
