The “Lionheart” singer brought out her husband Jutes for a surprise performance during her It’s Not That Deep Tour in New York City April 24, where the couple performed their wedding song “Iris” by the Goo Goo Dolls.
“I wanna do something really special,” Demi—donning a red bodysuit with matching gloves—said during the concert in a video shared to TikTok. “My husband is here. Baby, will you come up here?”
The “Sleepyhead” singer (born Jordan Lutes) can be seen stepping out onto the stage donning an all-black outfit where he was met with applause from the crowd.
“What do you say we sing together for the first time?” Demi, 33, asked Jutes before he replied, “Let’s do it.”
The pair then proceeded to serenade each other with the powerful 1998 love song, which Goo Goo Dolls frontman John Rzeznik performed live for the pair’s first dance during their May 2025 wedding.
To conclude the emotional duet, where the pair could be seen holding hands as they sang to each other, Demi and Jutes showed off some PDA, sharing a kiss as they embraced one another.
“Give it up for my baby!” Demi said following the heartfelt performance, while Jutes, 35, echoed before exiting the stage, “Give it up for my baby!”

Recently, the Disney Channel alum shared insight into how she falls “in love more and more every day” with the “Red Velvet” singer.
“I really thought on my wedding day—that was maxed out, like the most amount of love that you’ll ever feel for a person,” Demi told E! News in an interview published April 7, “and then time goes by and you just form this connection that is so intimate and so fulfilling that you just fall completely more and more in love.”
“We laugh, we have so much fun together,” she added. “We stay up late laughing until we’re crying and it just feels like a giant sleepover with your best friend that you happen to be really, really attracted to.”
