Burnley boss Nicky Hayen has confirmed Joe Worrall will return to the squad for Saturday’s trip to Norwich City, but Bashir Humphreys will miss the game through injury.
Worrall is back in contention after missing the game against Bradford, providing Hayen with a defensive boost ahead of the Championship clash at Carrow Road.

However, Humphreys has suffered a knee problem and will undergo further tests to determine the extent of the injury.
“There are some guys [who could be back], so Joe [Worrall] comes back in the squad,” Hayen said.
“But also, Bash (Bashir Humphreys) is the only one who is not actually in the squad, he is injured and has problems with the knee.
“We are looking for some extra tests to see how long it will be, but he will definitely be out for the game tomorrow.
“He has a test in the afternoon to see how long he will be out, so unless I have the news I cannot give you more information.”
