    Amanda Bynes Shows Off New Platinum Blonde Hair and Natural Eyebrows

    Amanda Bynes gets an easy A+ for her new hairstyle.

    The She’s the Man actress showed off her new platinum blonde hairdo while stepping out for a midday snack in Los Angeles June 14.

    For the outing, Bynes wore her wavy hair down while wearing an all-black outfit comprised of an oversized T-shirt, leather pants with spiraled openings down the front of legs and a Chanel handbag.

    The 40-year-old also sported a natural eyebrow look, which contrasted a darker brow she was rocking before.

    Bynes’ new platinum locks are in stark contrast to the black hairdo she wore in April, when she was seen out and about in Los Angeles. At the time, she also appeared to have dyed her eyebrows blue.

    Of course, the Amanda Show alum hasn’t just been focused on changing up her hairstyle. Last year, she revealed her plans to lose more than 40 pounds by using a diabetes medication others in Hollywood have been using to drop the pounds.

    “I’m going on Ozempic,” she said in a TikTok video last June. “So excited.”

    “I’m 173 now,” she continued at the time, “so I hope to get down to 130—which would be awesome.”

    As for what inspired the former child star to turn her attention to weight loss? Bynes added that she wanted to “look better in paparazzi pictures and you don’t see my double chin from strange angles.”

    Since then, the Hairspray actress has continued to share updates into her journey, as well as gotten herself back into the music scene by releasing her new song “Girlfriend” in April.

    “Built around a strong hook and confident, flirt-heavy energy,” her label Create Music Group shared in a statement to E! News at the time, “it’s designed for repeat listens and wide playlist appeal.”

    For Bynes, she told E! in a statement, “My inspiration was a lot of EDM as well as rap.”
