For Swift, the Eras Tour will always be one of her biggest accomplishments, but she’s previously admitted that she can’t help but prioritize her focus toward Kelce’s games during NFL season. 

“I am in love with a guy who does that sport on that actual field,” Swift shared while addressing speculation of a future potential Super Bowl performance on The Tonight Show in October. “Like, that is violent chess. That is gladiators without swords. The whole season I am locked in on what that man is doing on that field.”

Swift emphasized her allegiance to the sport has “nothing to do with Travis,” admitting, “I am just too locked in.”

Indeed, the “Opalite” singer emphasized that her relationship with her now-husband introduced her to a whole new world of football. 

“Oh, my god, I fell in love with it,” she explained during an August 2025 appearance on New Heights. “I became obsessed with it.”

She joked her enthusiasm can be surprising to even her inner circle, adding, “My friends are like, ‘Who body-snatched you?’”

Nevertheless, it’s just become another reason Kelce feels so high school around his now-wife. As he told her during the same episode, “I am forever grateful for you diving into the football world wholeheartedly.”
