The Los Angeles Dodgers brought in plenty of new faces during the 2026 season, many of whom made a big impact on their season.
From big-ticket arrivals like Tarik Skubal to highly anticipated call ups like Josue De Paula, the Dodgers’ newest members never failed to make the season interesting. The biggest question, though, is which Dodger won over fans the most during the regular season?

Skubal came to the Dodgers at the trade deadline this year, ending a saga which begun during the offseason. The Dodgers, naturally, found themselves linked to Skubal all the way back in December, and ultimately made the move for the two-time Cy Young winner.
The left-hander has made 10 starts for the Dodgers, posting a 2.61 ERA in 62 innings while striking out 70 batters. He has been extremely effective for the Dodgers so far, and he’s still yet to show his best stuff.
Kyle Tucker signed with the Dodgers on a four-year, $240 million deal in the offseason, but struggled to start the season. Despite his monstrous price tag, his OPS dipped below .700 on a few occasions over the course of the year.

Since the beginning of September, though, the Dodgers are getting what they paid for from the All-Star. Tucker had six homers and 13 RBIs in September, posting an .890 OPS—by far his best over the course of a month throughout the season.
If he can carry his strong results into the playoffs, he could play a huge role for the Dodgers as they hunt for a three-peat.
De Paula joined the Dodgers late in the season after Shohei Ohtani landed on the injured list, but made quite the impact in just 11 games for the team. He provided a spark to a Dodgers offense which limped through the entire month of August, and got fans to rally behind him for a spot in the postseason.

He had a 1.081 OPS through his 11 games, hitting one homer and driving in seven runs while reaching base 50% of the time.
Lastly, Eric Lauer played a huge role for the Dodgers and captured plenty of attention during his unbelievable win streak. The Dodgers claimed Lauer off of waivers from the Toronto Blue Jays in May and immediately put him in the rotation to replace Tyler Glasnow.
He pitched in 14 games, posting a 4.50 ERA while striking out 46 batters in 72 innings pitched.
The Dodgers won each of the first nine games in which Lauer pitched.
