Mullin is expected to field questions on how DHS is carrying out President Donald Trump’s immigration enforcement agenda. The hearing comes a day after a federal judge ruled that the administration cannot make arrests at immigration courts, a prominent practice that took hold once Trump retook the Oval Office.
