The Minnesota Vikings are continuing their search for their next general manager by requesting more interviews. On Tuesday, May 12, they requested interviews with Lions assistant general manager Ray Agnew, Broncos assistant general manager Reed Burckhardt, and Dolphins assistant general manager Kyle Smith.
NFL Media’s Tom Pelissero was the first to report the requests.

Agnew has been with the Lions since Brad Holmes became the general manager in 2021. He was with the Los Angeles Rams previously as their Director of Pro Personnel. Burckhardt has been with the Broncos since 2022 as their Director of Pro Personnel, but previously, he was with the Minnesota Vikings for 13 years as a pro scout. Smith is in his first year with the Dolphins as their assistant general manager, but was with the Atlanta Falcons as their assistant general manager, and was a college scout with the Washington Commanders before that.
