Watch: Trisha Paytas Celebrates “Butt Doctor” Removing Her Hemorrhoid With Luxury Gift to Self
Having hemorrhoids didn’t turn out to be a completely bum deal for Trisha Paytas.
In fact, the influencer ended up gifting herself a pair of Christian Louboutin heels after visiting a proctologist to have her swollen veins treated.
“Just got my hemorrhoid taken off my butt,” Paytas—who shares kids Malibu, 3, Elvis, 2, and Aquaman, 12 months, with husband Moses Hacmon—began in a July 17 TikTok video. “I had the craziest hemorrhoids in pregnancy.”
As she showed off her haul from both the “butt doctor” and her trip to the mall following the procedure, the 38-year-old quipped that “both of those things are worth the money.”
“Number one, these heels,” she raved, holding up a pair of black Fannylove pumps from the French fashion house. “I love them so much and they’re so so comfortable. I can actually wear these for hours at a time, and I cannot wear heels ever.”
Butt, wait—there’s more. As for her “hemorrhoid recovery bag,” Paytas ranked it as the second item on her list that is “really worth the money.”
“They did give me some fiber for healthy poop,” the 38-year-old noted of what she received from the doctor’s office. “They also gave me some gauze for my butt. I have just a big diaper in there right now.”
But for Paytas, what was priceless about the experience was seeing how Hacmon, who she married in 2021, handled the situation with calm poise.
“He was in the room the whole time,” she revealed. “Your butt’s just up here and you’re face down, and Moses is right there seeing all of it.”

Sharing how the 48-year-old was “unfazed” by her hemorrhoid removal, the YouTuber added, “I do love being that comfortable with someone.”
So, how is Paytas recovering? For one, she’s glad hemorrhoids are behind her—metaphorically speaking.
“It’s healing great,” she shared in a follow-up TikTok posted on July 19. “It’s been 48 hours and there’s no more blood.”
Noting how hemorrhoids are “no joke,” she quipped, “I had a boulder stuck in there.”
