Watch: Travis Kelce’s Mom Donna Kelce Touches Down in NYC Ahead of Rumored Wedding to Taylor Swift
Travis Kelce isn’t punting away an opportunity to laugh.
Ahead of the Kansas City Chiefs tight end’s rumored wedding with Taylor Swift, he reacted to an AI-generated picture that comedian Bert Kreischer shared of himself standing alongside the happy couple in wedding outfits.
Though the faux Swift and Kelce are smiling at the camera in the fake pic, Kreischer is looking off to the side, which he explained in the caption of his July 2 Instagram as “The moment @jason.kelce called me over to the bar for a shot.”
Instead of throwing a flag on the joke, Kelce took the moment in stride, leaving a collection of crying laughing emojis in the comment section of the post.
It remains to be seen if Kreischer will actually be part of the squad that celebrates with the Grammy winner and NFL star during the rumored July 3 ceremony at Madison Square Garden; however the bride and groom’s guest list does seem to be emerging from the lavender haze.
Indeed, Swift’s pals Ed Sheeran, Sabrina Carpenter and Camila Cabello were seen in and around New York City July 1, the day before her rumored rehearsal dinner.
Plus, bestie Selena Gomez hinted at attending the wedding festivities—albeit without her husband Benny Blanco, writing on her Instagram Stories July 2, “I wish benny was here rn.”
Meanwhile, Swift’s soon-to-be mother-in-law Donna Kelce is certain to be cheering when she sees the “Opalite” singer’s face again, as she was seen arriving at Madison Square Garden for the rehearsal dinner after landing in New York City.
And Jack Antonoff—the Bleachers frontman and Swift’s longtime collaborator—and his ex Lena Dunham were separately spotted in the city dressed in black-tie attire and seemingly headed to the special event.
Ahead of Swift and Kelce’s ceremony, read on to learn more details about their big day.
