Tottenham Hotspur have reached an agreement in principle to sign Everton forward Iliman Ndiaye, according to The Athletic.
Spurs striker Richarlison is also set to return to his former club in a separate move. The deals are not connected.

Both remain subject to personal terms and medicals as Tottenham look to complete a major overhaul of their attacking options before the transfer window closes.
Ndiaye emerged as a key target for Spurs after their pursuit of Cody Gakpo stalled.
Several Premier League giants had also shown interest in the Senegal international but he is now on his way to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
The Tottenham target could provide the spark they miss in attack with Mathys Tel strruggling on the left side of attack.
The 26-year-old joined Everton from Marseille for £15million in 2024 and has since established himself as an important figure at the club.

He has scored 17 goals and registered four assists in 73 appearances for the Toffees, including 15 goals in 67 Premier League outings.
Ndiaye started his side’s opening three games of the season and provided an assist in their Premier League opener.
His arrival would give Spurs manager Roberto De Zerbi another versatile attacking option.
He joins Dominic Solanke, Mohammed Kudus, Tel, Omar Marmoush and Savio in a stacked Tottenham attack.
Spurs have moved quickly after their disappointing two league losses, and Ndiaye could add the pace, directness and creativity their attack has lacked.
Meanwhile, Richarlison is heading back four years after leaving for Tottenham in a deal worth up to £60million.

The Brazilian scored 32 goals in 134 appearances for Spurs but struggled for consistency during an injury-hit spell in north London.
He scored 11 Premier League goals last season but asked to leave this summer and was left out of Saturday’s defeat.
A return to Everton could offer Richarlison the chance to rediscover the form that made him such a fan favourite on Merseyside before he moved to Spurs.
