They say: From the limited-edition holiday collection from Chanel, this trio of lip glosses comes packaged in an adorable soft white pouch that’s said to be “inspired by the magic of winter.” The three Rouge Coco Hydra Gloss shades include: 464 Étincelle, a shimmery gold; 817 Aura, a shimmery peachy pink; and 462 Givre, a shimmery white.

We say: Whether a gift for yourself or for a beauty-loving fan on your gift list, these lip glosses are sure to delight. The shimmery gloss formula leaves lips shiny and smooth thanks to skin-caring ingredients. And, the keepsake knit pouch is too cute to pass up on. Similar sweater-inspired packaging is featured throughout the rest of the brand’s limited-edition holiday collection, making it a covetable and collectible seasonal release.

They say: A face serum from the Canadian brand Watier, this formula features patented micro-encapsulation technology to “supercharge” the skin. Ingredients such as Bacillus ferment, Labrador Tea extract and Gaspe algae pack this skin-loving serum to leave skin feeling more “resilient” over time.

We say: Our tester found this serum left her skin looking more hydrated, healthy, radiant and smooth. Using the formula daily for a month, she found the serum had an instant cooling and soothing sensation on skin. The encapsulate serum glides onto skin, absorbing nicely and pairing well with other skin-care products.

They say: A buzzy eye balm that’s caught the interest of social media beauty fans, this formula from RoC features Vitamin C and peptides to reduce under-eye puffiness and the appearance of dark circles.

We say: This balm is worth the hype. The twist-up stick formula is easy to apply; simply smooth onto skin and that’s it. Our tester found it provided a punch of smoothing hydration when applied both in the morning and as a midday pick-me-up for the under-eye area. It also played well with makeup, allowing concealer to glide and blend easily overtop without pilling.
