One office who responded to the incident was in a patrol car and was nearly struck by a rider on an e-dirt bike, who police allege was travelling up to 60 kilometres an hour. Police say the teen blew through several stop signs and refused to stop for police before colliding with another vehicle near King Edward Avenue and Angus Drive.
