The Taraba State Civil Service Commission has dismissed a circulating message inviting applicants to participate in an online examination, describing it as false and unofficial.
The Commission, in a public notice signed on Sunday by its Permanent Secretary, Mr David Nyah, urged applicants and members of the general public to disregard the message, warning that it did not originate from the Commission.
It advised applicants to rely solely on information and announcements disseminated through its recognised official channels.
The Commission also disclosed that an official communiqué addressing the matter would be released within the week.
It further urged members of the public to verify the authenticity of information before sharing it to avoid spreading misleading reports.
