Surgeon on trial for lawyer’s murder represents himself
This Week on True Crime News The Podcast: A plastic surgeon charged with a lawyer’s slaying acts as his own attorney his death penalty-qualified trial. Prosecutors say that Tomasz Kosowski killed attorney Steven Cozzi over a civil lawsuit that Kosowski was about to lose. Though Cozzi’s body was never found, investigators allegedly uncovered a staggering amount of evidence in Kosowski’s home and vehicles.
