Watch: Sonja Morgan Shares NSFW Advice for Living a Truly Golden Life (Exclusive)
Forget “Live, Laugh, Love.” Sonja Morgan has an even more iconic—and much dirtier—life motto to worship.
In fact, The Golden Life star can sum up her daily mantra in just seven words.
“I like dinner and d–k at home,” Sonja told E! News The Rundown‘s Erin Lim Rhodes at the E! show’s Oct. 14 premiere in New York City. “I don’t really take my dates out.”
Of course, it’s no secret the former Bravolebrity is a self-professed recluse. When she’s not filming The Golden Life with Luann de Lesseps, Dorinda Medley, Ramona Singer and Kelly Bensimon, that is.
“I like to be at home,” the 62-year-old confessed. “I like the peace, bathtub and gardening. I really do kind of rest in between.’
Plus, she stays busy with her Sonja in the City live tours.
“I did 46 cities in 2026,” she shared. “But also we were filming. We’ve been together for five months, so when we’re off, I think all of us kind of go and do other things.”
As for what it was like reuniting with her fellow former housewives for the new E! series, it’s safe to say the reality TV OGs share an unbreakable bond.
“It’s like family,” Sonja told Erin. “We’ll get in a tussle here and there, and then it’s something else that we’re upset about with somebody else. But by the end, what’s the alternative?”
“We’re a bunch of kooks,” she added, “but we do really love each other.”

But Sonja did acknowledge of their rocky relationship, “I think we just vent on each other and then keep moving.”
