College football is quickly approaching. In the coming days, fans have the chance to play the latest EA Sports College Football 27 video game.
This is the third edition of the game since its return in 2024. While you can opt to represent KU and K-State, there are plenty of options to play as Topeka-natives in this year’s game, too.

Here are all of the Topeka natives that are in College Football 27.

The 2024 Topeka High graduate is set for his redshirt sophomore season. Last year, he played in nine games collecting nine total tackles on the defensive line.
The 6-foot-5 edge rusher’s highest ranking in the video game is 81 in acceleration and block shedding.
The redshirt junior is set for his second season with Old Dominion. The 2023 Seaman graduate started his career at Hutchinson Community College along with a redshirt season at Kansas State in 2024. Last year, Cox featured in 12 games on the offensive line and special teams.

The 6-foot-4 lineman has a ranking of 97 in injury prevention along with an 88 ranking in toughness in the video game. Cox is also slated with an 82 ranking in pass block power.
Deeter played his first two seasons of high school football at Topeka High before transferring to Manvel, Texas. The redshirt junior is starting his second season with Texas State. Last year, Dieter played in 12 games and secured four total tackles.
The defensive lineman started his college career at Purdue before transferring to Arizona State ultimately finding a home with the Bobcats. In the video game, Deeter ranks 86 in toughness and 82 in tackle attributes.
The junior had a breakout season for the Fighting Irish last year. He started the final six games at center, making his first career start against USC.

The 2023 Hayden alum has a 91 ranking in strength and a ranking of 89 in pass block finesse in this year’s game.
The true freshman graduated from Shawnee Heights in December. He has spent the spring in KU’s program learning and improving his craft.
The wide receiver has a 93 ranking in jumping and an 89 ranking in change of direction. Parker also owns an 84 in kick return.
Topeka’s best playmaker returns, and he’s in a new uniform this season. After a huge season with Vanderbilt, Tre Richardson jumped into the portal and selected to play for Louisville. The 2023 Highland Park star has made stops at Hutchinson Community College and Washburn before his time with Vanderbilt and Louisville. He’s been a star at each program.

The 5-foot-10 senior wide receiver has a 94 ranking in acceleration and a 90 ranking in change of direction. He also ranks 87 overall in catching.
