    Watch: Shirtless Tim McGraw Will Make You Do a Double Take

    Tim McGrawis looking like a real good man.

    The 59-year-old flexed his many muscles in a new shirtless photo, standing alongside his brothers Mark McGraw and Matthew McGraw.

    He accompanied the May 22 photo, which showed the siblings standing in the rain after a workout, with a caption saying, “My brothers and me!”

    Tim’s impressive physique immediately caught the attention of his followers, with one user writing, “This man is in his 60s and he’s looking better than me in my 20s,” while another simply added, alongside muscle emojis, “Jacked.”

    This isn’t the first time that the “I Like It, I Love It” singer—who has been married to fellow country legend Faith Hill for 29 years—has changed up his look in recent years. In fact, he stunned onlookers after switching out his iconic cowboy hats for a shaved bald head while walking around Nashville, Tennessee last July. 

    And while his recent pic shows off how active he has been recently, Tim previously opened up about how his health issues nearly led him to retire from music.

    “I’ve had four back surgeries and double knee replacements, just in the last couple of years,” he said during a concert at the Yaamava’ Theater in Highland, Calif., in October 2025. “And my wife is going through quite a few surgeries—she’s had five neck surgeries, and she’s had a couple of hand surgeries.”

    The “Real Good Man” artist explained that, before receiving his final back surgery earlier that year, “Things were getting really bad so I was seriously contemplating and figuring out how to walk away. I didn’t want to, but I didn’t think it was going to get better.”

    Luckily, Tim—who shares daughters Gracie, 28, Maggie, 27, and Audrey, 24, with Faith, 58—seems to be in better shape now, as he has returned to his famously intense fitness routines.

    Even Ryan Seacrest noticed how jacked he’s been recently, as he remarked during the iHeartRadio Music Festival in September 2025, “I gotta get on your workout routine. I keep hearing about it.”
