Gable Steveson got KTFO at UFC 331 last weekend in Los Angeles, then stormed out of the cage before the decision was announced. That branded Steveson, an Olympic gold medalist, a sore loser — even with coach Jon Jones taking the blame for the hasty exit.
Sean Sharaf has more important things to worry about (like this).

“I don’t know if the cameras caught it, after I celebrated a little bit, took it all in, I saw him standing there before he walked out, I went him to him and shook his hand and shook Jon Jones’ hand,” Sharaf told MMA Fighting. “We did shake hands, and when he left, everyone is saying he’s rage-quitting the game and that just makes it ever funnier. Like all right bro. I don’t really care. Stay in the cage, leave the cage, I’m getting my hand raised either way. No, if he stands there when I’m getting my hand raised or doesn’t, does nothing for me. I don’t care.”
UFC CEO Dana White didn’t seem to care much either.
“If you choose this life, you really don’t have many options,” UFC heavyweight Valter Walker told Full Mount MMA. “If you lose, you go back to the gym and train. If you win, you go back to the gym and train. I’ve seen guys win one fight and suddenly put their nose up, become arrogant, and start acting differently with their family, friends, or coaches. Bro, nothing really changes in your life. You just won one more fight, made some money, and I’ll tell you — 99 percent of the people on this planet don’t even know you exist.”
Despite the loss, Steveson vows to come back and be “great.”
