Watch: Pregnant Savannah Chrisley Says Her, Jason Galanis’ Baby Is “Not Defined By Anyone’s Past”
Lindsie Chrisley is sending her best wishes to Savannah Chrisley.
Despite their estrangement, the 37-year-old shared a supportive message to Savannah, 29, amid her pregnancy with husband Jason Galanis, who was imprisoned with their dad Todd Chrisley before receiving a presidential pardon last year.
“I want to congratulate my sister on her pregnancy,” Lindsie began on the Nov. 4 episode of her Southern Tea podcast, before addressing online criticism over her sister’s baby news. “The things that I have seen posted all week long is truly heartbreaking to me. I don’t know why people relish in other people’s downfall, and it’s not a downfall, right?”
She continued, “To take such a bright, happy moment and something that somebody has waited for such a long period of time, and to turn that into a traumatic experience is awful.”
Lindsie also briefly touched on Savannah’s relationship with Jason—who the Growing Up Chrisley star initially said she was engaged to in her pregnancy announcement before revealing that the pair had quietly married earlier this year—congratulating the couple on their “engagement or marriage, whichever that may be.”
“Things have kind of fallen into place where they’re supposed to for her,” Lindsie added. “And for that, I’m happy for her.
So, does this mean she and Savannah have ended their family feud? Not quite.

Savannah recently gave an update on their longtime estrangement, emphasizing that she and Todd have “not been afforded the luxury of having a relationship” with Lindsie’s 14-year-old son Jackson with ex-husband Will Campbell.
“If we had a relationship with him, it would be that normal grandparent, normal him being my nephew,” she told her dad, who shares Lindsie with his ex-wife Teresa Terry, on her Unlocked podcast‘s Nov. 3 episode. “We would have that there. And when we did have a relationship with him, it was all the gifts and all the things that grandparents would do.”
For Todd, who shares Savannah with wife Julie Chrisley, he hopes that he “at some point” will “be able to have a relationship” with his grandson.

“I don’t talk about Jackson out of respect for him,” the 57-year-oldexplained. “I don’t owe the world an explanation. I have not been afforded that luxury of having a relationship with Jackson that did not consist of huge boundaries and walls.”
That’s why Savannah is looking forward to her own baby boy building a bond with her parents.
“You are not defined by anyone’s past, anyone’s mistakes, or anyone’s opinions,” she wrote in an Oct. 28 Instagram Story addressed to her little one on the way. “No amount of noise in this world will ever overshadow the joy of being your mama. You are my answered prayer. And I will never apologize for celebrating you.”
