Sacked for ‘gross negligence’ after $65,000 went missing, Auckland supervisor wins job back

Byungok Jung was one of 27 staff investigated after more than $65,000 in stock went missing. He was sacked without notice for gross negligence, but a judge has now ordered he be allowed back to work.
