Watch: Leah Remini Is Joining ‘The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ for Season 16
Eileen Davidson is resting after a gnarly knee injury.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum shared photos of her swollen knee after she suffered a fall while attempting to get out of a cold plunge.
“I sure won’t be making those moves anytime soon!” Davidson captioned a Sept. 18 Instagram post alongside a photo of herself breaking it down on the dance floor while celebrating the 20th anniversary of the Housewives franchise. “Slipped getting out of a cold plunge and fractured my patella.”
“I’m gonna be down for the count for quite a few weeks recovering from surgery,” she added of the injury. “Thanks to the EMTs and the great team at @losrobleshospital.”
In the post’s second picture, it’s clear why Davidson won’t be busting a move anytime soon. After all, the 67-year-old shared a side-by-side of her bruised and swollen knee next to another snap of her leg in a brace as she sat across the backseat of a car.
While she wrote over the first slide, “How it started,” the post’s second slide read, “How it’s going.”
Following her health update, Davidson’s Bravo family took to the comments section to express their well wishes, with Andy Cohen writing, “No! Get well soon” alongside a red heart emoji.
And her Young and the Restless costars also chimed in with their support.
“Oh no!! So sorry! Speedy recovery!” Lauralee Bell wrote. “Heal well and in time knowing you you’ll get your groove back!”

Meanwhile, Melissa Claire Egan added, “Nooooooo Sending huge hugs, love you!”
Davidson—mom to son Jesse, 23, with husband Vincent Van Patten, and stepmom to his two sons with his ex-wife Betsy Russell—announced she was leaving The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills in 2017 after three seasons.
“After a lot of careful thought, I’ve decided because of my crazy schedules at The Young and The Restless, as well as Days of Our Lives, it’s best for me and my family if I step away from being a Housewife for now,” she said in a statement obtained by E! News at the time. “But you never know, I might be popping in from time to time just to see what the ladies are up to! Thanks for your love and support guys!!!”

And while there’s no word as to whether she’ll show face on the upcoming season of the Bravo show, season 16 has already undergone a cast shakeup as Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles alum Tracy Tutor was recently announced to be joining the cast.
“The secret’s officially out,” Tutor—mom to Juliet, 20, and Scarlett, 17, with ex Jason Maltas—wrote alongside a diamond emoji on Instagram Aug. 19. “I’m joining the cast of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and I could not be more excited for this next chapter.”
“Beverly Hills is home. I’ve raised my girls here, built my career here,” Tutor continued, quipping, “Now apparently I’ve decided to let you all even further into my life.”
