Watch: Inside Prince William and Kate Middleton’s Family-Filled Summer With Their Kids
Prince William and Kate Middleton had a royally fabulous summer.
The Prince and Princess of Wales celebrated the sunny season with a plethora of activities alongside their kidsPrince George, 13, Princess Charlotte, 11, and Prince Louis, 8.
“The Summer Rewind,” the royals posted to their Instagram July 28. “Thank you to everyone who has made the last few months so special!”
Alongside the messages, William and Kate, both 44, shared several sweet summer snaps, including a visit to Wimbledon with George and Charlotte and portraits of the three young royals throughout the summer months.
Among the other highlights for the Wales family were William trying out a Formula 1 race car, meeting with Maori queen Nga wai hono i te po, celebrating DavidAttenborough’s 100th birthday and meeting with celebs like RobertIrwin, EmmaWatson and BenedictCumberbatch.
As for Kate, the princess took time this summer to visit with children as part of the Royal Foundation Centre for Early Childhood and as she’d previously shared, she took part in the National Three Peaks Challenge to raise awareness about holistic healthcare for cancer and to support the Royal Marsden Cancer Charity after sharing in January 2025 that her cancer was in remission.
“I have taken on the National Three Peaks Challenge, not simply as a physical endeavour but as a chance to explore life beyond diagnosis and to give something back,” she shared in a June Instagram post about the challenge. “The Royal Marsden is a place that holds great meaning for me and whose care and expertise are life changing for so many people.”
“Healing, whether personal or collective, is not just about fixing what is wrong. It is about finding balance in how we live. Between effort and acceptance, between control and trust, between thinking and simply being,” Kate continued. “Because in the end, bravery isn’t just about pushing forward. It is about knowing how to stay grounded, connected and present, no matter the terrain or landscape you are walking.”
