    Prince Harry Shares How Kids Archie, Lilibet Are Doing at U.K. School

    Watch: How Prince Harry Helps His Kids Navigate “Monday Blues” as They Start School in the U.K.

    Prince Harry’s kids are reigning supreme over their studies.

    One month after the Duke of Sussex and his wife Meghan Markle temporarily moved with their kids back to the United Kingdom, the royal gave an update on how Archie, 7, and Lilibet, 5, are settling in.

    As Harry told CTV News in a Sept. 25 interview, “The kids are happy in school.”

    And with Archie and Lilibet firmly into their school routine, the 42-year-old shared he has the “chance to really focus” on the Invictus Games, a sporting event he founded for wounded military servicemembers.

    Beyond the opportunity for Harry to prepare for the Games in Birmingham next year, he noted, “It’s been great to be back on British soil.”

    Of course, his and Meghan’s transition back to the U.K.—which they left in 2020—was a bit complicated, as they decided to change Archie and Lilibet’s school two days after classes began.

    As for why the pair made the unexpected pivot? The decision was made after they spoke to their security team about the “practicalities of their current arrangements,” a family spokesperson told People earlier this month.

    After the transition, Harry emphasized it’s been smooth sailing.

    “The last two weeks have been—it’s been eventful,” he told HELLO! magazine in an interview published Sept. 18. “We’re getting stuck into the work. Kids are in school. We’re happy.”

    For her part, Meghan reunited with longtime friend Kelly McKee Zajfen, who recently gave a peek at how the Suits alum is taking to life in the Cotswolds.

    In a picture shared to Instagram Sept. 23, Meghan and Kelly soaked up the sun with their pal Marcus Anderson in a garden, while other pics showed Harry and Lilibet cuddling up with Kelly’s 6-month-old son Jack around their new home.

    “There’s something so special about getting a taste of this magical place with my bestie, and having my sweet Jack along for the adventure,” Kelly wrote in the caption. “I’ve loved seeing this sweet chapter through her eyes and daily adventures!”

    Princess Irene of Greece Dies at 83The Greek royal family’s private office announced Jan. 15 that Queen Sofia of Spain’s sister died at the age of 83. As the statement read, “It is with deep sadness that the Greek Royal Family announces that HRH Princess Irene, beloved sister and aunt, passed away on Thursday, January 15th 2026, at 11:40 local time, in Zarzuela Palace in Madrid surrounded by loved ones.”Her funeral was held Jan. 19 at the Metropolitan Cathedral in Athens following her death, with the burial at the Royal Cemetery of Tatoi.
