New England Patriots coach Mike Vrabel revealed wide receiver A.J. Brown, defensive tackle Christian Barmore and running back TreVeyon Henderson would not practice on Wednesday, according to Patriots Wire’s Sophie Weller.
Brown has been dealing with the high ankle sprain he suffered in the Week 1 game against the Seattle Seahawks, along with a recent flare-up of an ongoing knee injury. He missed multiple practices and Sunday’s game against the Miami Dolphins last week.

When asked if Brown might go back on injured reserve, Vrabel refused to speculate on anything.
“Again, I can just speak on today and where he’s at today and what we feel like he can do today. So that’s why I said he wouldn’t be out there today,” said Vrabel.
