British makeup artist Pat McGrath has teamed up with Pandora to create a collection of 17 charms and rings, including miniature crystal-embellished list picks and beauty tubes, lip-shaped signet rings, McGrath’s signature red lip look, empowering mantras, and more.

According to Francesco Terzo and Filippo Ficarelli, co-creative directors of the international Danish brand, the shapes in the collection were inspired by a shared appreciation for symbolism between the designers and McGrath, as well as a common goal to reinterpret “familiar codes” of beauty through a fresh lens.

“The lips became a bold emblem of expression, merged with Pandora’s iconic heart to create a new symbol that feels both playful and powerful. The eye evolved into a talisman representing vision, creativity, intuition and the ability to radiate energy into the world. The hand holding a heart celebrates the creative gesture itself: the act of making, shaping and expressing ideas,” they shared. “At the centre of the collection sits an anatomical heart, richly detailed with enamel and metalwork. It represents passion in its purest form: passion for creativity, ideas, dreams and self-expression. The beating heart behind every act of creation.”

The designers say working with symbols that are so commonly found in McGrath’s — who is also the creative director of cosmetics for luxury brand Louis Vuitton — field and translating them to jewelry opens up the everyday objects for interpretation by the individual wearer, “allowing people to attach their own meaning to them.”
