DALLAS — Oklahoma faces No. 1 Texas in the 122nd edition of the Red River Rivalry on Saturday at Cotton Bowl Stadium.
The Sooners and Longhorns have met annually at Fair Park in Dallas since 1929 and at the Cotton Bowl every year since 1937.

Each team is fresh off a bye week.
OU has struggled mightily through four games, particularly offensively. Meanwhile, Texas is undefeated with marquee wins over Ohio State and Tennessee.
All eyes are on Sooners quarterback John Mateer who is looking to take better care of the football and help lead OU to what would be a shocking upset. Mateer turned the ball over three times in the Sooners’ loss to Georgia.
