One person dead in single-vehicle crash in Delta

One person is dead after a single-vehicle crash in Delta early Friday.

Police say that at about 5:30 a.m. a pickup swerved off the road into a water-filled ditch in the 5200-block of 88th Street.

Police say the person died in the crash. Cause of the crash is under investigation.

Drivers can expect delays in the area while police investigate.

Anyone with information about the crash is asked to call police.
