Watch: Olivia Wilde Reunites With Ex Jason Sudeikis in New Photos
Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis aren’t worried about their co-parenting relationship.
In fact, the Don’t Worry Darling director and the Ted Lasso star—who share son Otis, 12, and daughter Daisy, 9—looked to be in good spirits as they reunited in Los Angeles April 27.
Clad in a white T-shirt, matching pants and black Onitsuka Tiger sneakers, Olivia greeted her former fiancée with a hug.
Jason—sporting a Peanuts-themed New York Liberty sweatshirt from Homage with gray cargo shorts and Nike shoes—reciprocated the friendly gesture, flashing a smile as he embraced her during the meetup.
But it did take some time for the former couple, who broke up in 2020 after nearly 10 years together, to forge this dynamic. After all, the pair initially clashed over custody of their kids, with the Tron: Legacy actress being served custody papers while presenting onstage at CinemaCon 2022.
However, Olivia, 42, and Jason, 50, eventually set aside their differences. When their children’s former nanny accused them of firing her without severance pay after witnessing several alleged arguments, the two put on a united front to deny her allegations.
“As parents, it is incredibly upsetting to learn that a former nanny of our two young children would choose to make such false and scurrilous accusations about us publicly,” they told E! News in an October 2022 statement. “We will continue to focus on raising and protecting our children with the sincere hope that she will now choose to leave our family alone.”

Olivia also disputed allegation that she left the Saturday Night Live alum for her Don’t Worry Darling costar Harry Styles, who she dated for almost two years before their 2022 breakup.
“Our relationship was over long before I met Harry. Like any relationship that ends, it doesn’t end overnight,” she told Vanity Fair in 2022. “Unfortunately, Jason and I had a very bumpy road, and we officially dissolved the relationship towards the beginning of the pandemic.”

Olivia continued, “We were raising two kids during lockdown, so we co-parented through that time. Once it became clear that cohabitating was no longer beneficial for the children, it became the responsible thing to not, because we could be better parents as friends who live in different houses.”
As for her other ex Harry? The One Direction singer has moved on romantically with Zoë Kravitz, recently sparking engagement rumors when she was spotted with a sizeable diamond on her wedding ring finger.
