Notre Dame football will host the Michigan State Spartans, as the two teams renew the Battle for the Megaphone trophy.
The second home game of the season for the Irish might not bring the best weather to watch football for the fans. Local ABC57 meteorologist Dave Caulfield gave an update on Friday night about what the conditions will be, and it looks like it should be fairly dry for the game.

The rain looks like it will be present, but not terrible, but Caulfield believes that Notre Dame Stadium isn’t in the range for lightning, as a delay would happen if strikes happen near the stadium. His radar is showing that the potential for lightning won’t be happening until later in the evening, but that clearly could change as the weather does.
Regardless of the lightning, be prepared to get wet if you are planning on attending the game, and hopefully no delay as Notre Dame takes on Michigan State.
