Mussels kept alive in Bluff tanks led to $24,000 fine for Marlborough aquaculture company

Waimana Marine illegally moved nearly 80 tonnes of mussels and thousands of oysters from a biosecurity containment zone, while a freight company was also fined for transporting shellfish.
