Watch: Mormon Wives’ Conner Leavitt Joining Off-Broadway Show: What to Know About the Magical Move
Conner Leavitt is taking a page out of his wife’s playbook.
Indeed, as Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star Whitney Leavitt brings the ol’ razzle dazzle to Chicago, the magician is taking the stage for the off-Broadway production of 11 to Midnight.
Conner will be starring in the play—which follows seven friends’ relationships one hour before ringing in the new year—for a three-week limited run from May 8 to May 27, according to a May 1 press release.
It’s sure to be a magical experience as the DadTok member joins Glee‘s Heather Morris and Dance Moms‘ Nia Sioux for his New York onstage debut.
Following the announcement, Whitney—who made history for her portrayal of Roxie Hart, setting a record for the highest-grossing week in the production’s 29-year history—couldn’t help but praise her husband’s latest endeavor.
“Guys,” she wrote on her Instagram Stories May 1, “I can’t explain enough how f–king excited I am about this!!!!!!!! Congrats bb!!!!!”
Conner—dad to Sedona Leavitt, 6, Liam Leavitt, 4, and 18-month-old Billy Gene Leavitt, with Whitney—didn’t shy away from crediting his wife’s achievements for his latest move.
In fact, he emphasized that the reality star has been a “continuous inspiration to follow your dreams,” in an interview with People published May 1. He noted that Whitney’s “experience onstage really helped me find a love and appreciation for the theater.”
And it’s no surprise, since the Dancing With the Stars alum’s appearance on Chicago has been extended multiple times since her initial six-week engagement, which was expected to conclude in March. Now, Whitney is performing alongside her DWTS partner Mark Ballas until May 3.

The 32-year-old admitted she had never expected her Roxie to receive so much love, especially given the criticism she faced after her appearance on SLOMW.
“Boy was I surprised,” she told The Hollywood Reporter in March. “Because I’m telling you right now, the records that we’re breaking with Chicago, with ticket sales, that wouldn’t happen without that community that’s rooting for me. That was a very overwhelming and beautiful moment in my life.”
While Conner prepares to take center stage in 11 to Midnight, keep reading for more stars who’ve taken bows in their own debut performances.
