Promoter Modo Live, which operates venues such as The Pearl on Granville Street, is offering a 25 per cent discount on 18 Vancouver concerts. These deals extend into the fall with shows into October.

Among the deals offered in Vancouver are ’80s pop act The Fixx and The Smithereens on Aug. 4 at the Commodore Ballroom, blues rocker Black Joe Louis & The Honeybears on Aug. 30 at The Pearl, smooth jazz trumpeter Chris Botti on Sept. 25 at the Chan Centre for the Performing Arts, and singer-songwriter Arlo Parks on Sept. 22 at the Orpheum Theatre.
