COLUMBIA, Mo. (TCN) — A 28-year-old man has been arrested and charged after allegedly impersonating a police officer while attempting a carjacking.
April 29, police responded to an attempted carjacking at an airport, KQFX reports. The victim, whose name has not been released, told authorities that a man, Brian Koch, allegedly approached her when she was sitting in her car.
