    Milania Giudice Getting Professional Help Amid “Challenging Period”

    Watch: Milania Giudice Says BFF Victoria Zardoya’s Organs Saved 8 Lives

    MilaniaGiudice is navigating a difficult time. 

    The 20-year-old daughter of Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudiceand her ex-husband JoeGiudice is currently seeking professional help following her assault arrest in May and the death of her best friend Victoria Zardoya in July. 

    “Milania is deeply loved by her family and friends, and all of us are doing everything we can to support her as she navigates an incredibly difficult time in her life, particularly following the devastating loss of her best friend, Victoria,” MariaDeSantis, Milania’s manager and longtime family friend, told E! News in a Sept. 24 statement. “She is currently surrounded by people who love her and is under the care of professionals who are working with her and her family.”

    The reality star’s rep added that she is “a good-hearted and caring young woman who has been going through a very challenging period.”

    “Our focus right now is simply on her health, healing and well-being,” Milania’s manager continued. “In time, she hopes that being open about her experiences may help other young people facing their own struggles, but for now, we ask for compassion and privacy as she and her family continue to navigate this together.”

    Milania also received support from her father, who reiterated that his daughter is going through “a very difficult period right now” while seemingly referring to Milania’s apparent heated exchange with Teresa at an airport this week.

    “I know my daughter. I know her heart, and I know that what people may see from the outside does not tell the whole story of what someone is experiencing privately,” Joe told Page Six in a Sept. 24 statement. “There have been difficult moments, but those moments do not define who Milania is as a person.”

    Prior to seeking professional help, Milania had enrolled in anger management classes, her attorney Alan Kraminsky had shared at an August court hearing.

    The Bravo star was arrested in May following an incident in Montville, N.J., and pleaded not guilty to disorderly simple assault-purposely/knowingly causing bodily injury, according to court records obtained by E! News.

    In the past few months, Milania has also been navigating the death of her friend Victoria, who tragically fell off a structure during a July trip to Florida’s Fort Dade ruins.

    “Lowkey hate nostalgia because what do you mean I can never go back,” Milania wrote on her July 27 Instagram Stories alongside old photos with Victoria. “Now I have to remember you for longer than I knew you.”

    As a way to pay tribute to her best friend, Milania got a tattoo inspired by Victoria, sharing a look at the “Baby V” tattoo on her wrist in an August TikTok.

    Penn BadgleyThe Gossip Girl alum detailed his experience as a child actor with what he described as “body dysmorphia.”“I know that I hated my body,” Penn told The Guardianin April 2025, “and simply wanted a different one.”In response to the weight he gained following his parents’ divorce, he added,  “There was just a period where, coming out of depression and isolation, I was jumping wilfully into, but also being thrust into, this world where the more conventionally beautiful I seemed, the more successful I might be, the more value I might have.”Despite the mental struggles, though, Penn credited his ability to persist to his spirituality.“That is what allowed me to persevere through the disillusionment, all the things I’d been grappling with,” he explained, “and then come back to it all, but with hopefully some kind of inner transformation.”

    Eliza CoupeThe Scrubs alum has been vocal about her past difficult relationship with food.“Some may call it an eating disorder, I just call it my life,” she said on the The Funny Thing Is podcast. “My drug of choice was always food.     Billie EilishThe Grammy winner has been very open about how she protects her energy, such as ignoring haters on social media, while also sharing her advice for those who may need help. “When people ask me what I’d say to somebody looking for advice on mental health, the only thing I can say is patience,” she told Vogue. “I had patience with myself. I didn’t take that last step. I waited. Things fade.”

    The Grammy winner explained that experiences with an eating disorder and stage freight led her to start a form of PTSD treatment called MDMA and and psilocybin therapy.“I was touring without stage fright for the first time,” she told Rolling Stone in May 2025. “There was a hook around my guts and everyone in the room was having the same feeling, [like] there’d been a huge pressure change. It made me realize how much I love and kind of need that very deep, visceral response to feel my music.”She added that her renewed focus on her mental health, as well as her decision to stop taking birth control, caused her understanding of her own gender to become “more expansive.”“I felt like stopping taking my birth control, I had cut some sort of cord between myself and this regulated femininity,” she continued. “It sounds crazy, but I felt that all of a sudden, I was off the map of femininity. She has since learned ways to manage those feelings, adding, “Sometimes you just have to take a step back so things stop stressin’ you.”
