Michigan State football has extended an offer to a local prospect that has already received interest from numerous College Football Playoff contenders.
Jerrimiah Cross of River Rouge, Mich. announced on Friday that he’s picked up an offer from the Spartans. Cross made it known that he earned an offer from the Spartans by posting on his social media X account.

Cross is listed as a three-star prospect, with a recruiting rating of 87 on Rivals. He ranks as the No. 107 wide receiver and No. 18 player from Michigan in the 2028 class.
Michigan State is one of nearly 15 schools to offer Cross, according to 247Sports. He also holds notable offers from Miami (FL), Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, Pitt and USC.
