Conference play has begun in many fall sports and will be starting next week in high school football.
There have been quite a few league changes, and things can get confusing.

Three schools added, one school exits.
Metro Athletic Conference (10 schools): Cloverleaf, Cuyahoga Falls (from Suburban League American Conference), Field, Kent Roosevelt (from SLAC), Norton, Ravenna, Tallmadge (from SLAC), Springfield, Streetsboro, Woodridge
Out: Coventry

Eight schools added.
Schools: Crestwood (from Chagrin Valley Conference), Garrettsville Garfield (Mahoning Valley Athletic Conference Grey), Mogadore (independent), Ravenna (Metro Athletic Conference), Rootstown (CVC), Southeast (MVAC Grey), Springfield (MAC), Waterloo (MVAC Scarlet)

One school added.

Principals Athletic Conference (eight schools): Canton South, Coventry (from Metro Athletic Conference), Fairless, Manchester, Northwest, Orrville, Triway, Tuslaw

In football only: * One school moved from the SL American Conference. One school added.
Suburban League National Conference (eight schools): Highland (from SLAC), Hudson, Nordonia, North Royalton, Medina (Greater Cleveland Conference), Solon, Stow, Wadsworth
* Brecksville will compete in the National Conference for every other sport

In football only: * Two schools moved from the National Conference. Two schools added.

Suburban League American Conference (eight schools): Aurora, Barberton, Brecksville (SLNC), Copley, Kenston (Western Reserve Conference), Mayfield (WRC), Revere, Twinsburg (SLNC)
* Nordonia will compete in the American Conference for every other sport

No changes.
City Series (six schools): Buchtel, East, Ellet, Firestone, Garfield, North
Federal League (seven schools): Canton McKinley, GlenOak, Green, Hoover, Jackson, Lake, Perry
North Coast Conference (eight schools): Benedictine, Beaumont, Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy, Holy Name, Elyria Catholic, Lake Catholic, Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin, Padua

Schools: Hoban, Mogadore, St. Vincent-St. Mary, Walsh Jesuit
