Madison Keys won the Eastbourne Open on Saturday, June 27.
This is her first WTA title since winning the 2025 Australian Open and her third career title at Eastbourne with the previous wins occurring in 2014 and 2023.

Keys recently said she has a love/hate relationship with grass. She loves it but believes the surface doesn’t always love her back. 4 of her 11 career WTA titles are on grass.
Keys has been able to get to the latter stages of each Grand Slam at some point in her career, but Wimbledon is the least fruitful by her high standards with two quarterfinal finishes in 2015 and 2023.
She has no pressure on her, that 2025 Australian Open win alleviated all of it. If she can play her tennis game freely and stay healthy, her chances are very good.

Keys section of the Wimbledon draw is dominated by Americans. 2025 Wimbledon finalist Amanda Anisimova is the highest seeded player in the mix, but Grand Slam champion Sofia Kenin and qualifier Kayla Day are in her grouping.
Keys has Day as her first round opponent and could meet Anisimova in the third round.
