Luxon ‘sorry for colleagues’ after surprise commitment on talkback radio

Prime Minister Christopher Luxon says he “did feel sorry for [his] caucus colleagues” who were caught off-guard by his statement on talkback radio that he would hold a referendum on the MMP electoral system if re-elected.
