ST. LOUIS — For the first time in 25 years, it’s Mizzou vs. SLU.
Missouri men’s basketball will take on Saint Louis in a neutral-site game Friday, Nov. 6 at Enterprise Center in St. Louis. The game, which is being called the Regions Bank Show Me Showdown, is set to tip off at 6 p.m. CT and will air on ESPNU.

The Tigers (1-0) secured their biggest ever win in a season opener Tuesday by slamming Cleveland State 111-60. Now, the first major test in a beefed-up nonconference slate is on deck.
Saint Louis (1-0) made the second round of the NCAA Tournament last season, running Georgia off the floor in the opening round of the Big Dance. The Billikens, coached by Josh Schertz, can return standout forward Robbie Avila on Friday against MU after he was granted a preliminary injunction against the NCAA on Thursday.
The last time these in-state rivals faced off was in 2001. Mizzou and its talent-laden roster will need to be at its best to make sure the reunion doesn’t end with a mid-major winner.
