    Watch: Kim Kardashian Addresses Rumored Rift with Jonathan Cheban

    Jonathan Cheban is still keeping up with the Kardashians. 

    Indeed, the reality star—whose legal name is Foodgod—set the record straight on where he stands with longtime pal Kim Kardashian and her family amid rumors about their friendship.

    “I don’t really get in the group chats,” Jonathan told E! News at Vulture’s Inaugural Reality Masterminds Celebration in New York City May 7, when asked if he keeps in touch with the Kardashian family, “but I spoke to Kim literally two days ago.”

    According to the 53-year-old, his and Kim’s busy schedules and frequent travel make it difficult to see each other often, especially since the SKIMS founder is a mother of four kids: North, 12, Saint, 10, Chicago, 8, and Psalm, 7, whom she shares with ex Kanye West.

    “She’s like, ‘I’m back in LA.’ I’m like, ‘We just got to New York,'” Jonathan explained. “She goes, ‘I went to LA for North and then I came right back.'” 

    “We speak all the time. I really don’t get to see them as much,” he continued, “because I live in Miami and New York. They live in LA and then she goes to Paris. It’s all those kids!”

    The culinary influencer reiterated that he speaks to the Kardashian-Jenner family “all the time,” noting that he just saw Kris Jenner “a few weeks ago.”

    He added of the reality star family, “I love them.”

    And while Jonathan has not made any official appearances on Hulu’s The Kardashians after being a staple on Keeping Up With the Kardashians,he’s open to the idea of sharing the screen with Kim and her family in the future.

    “We are in reality TV vibes,” Jonathan said. “People are very nostalgic these days, so maybe I need to be back.”

    In fact, the Celebrity Big Brother UK star expressed that he’s keen on returning to the world of reality television as a whole after being away from it in recent years. 

    “I’m getting the reality TV bug. I need to be back on TV,” Jonathan explained. “I’ve been gone for a little bit because I’ve been doing so much on the influencer end, but I’m ready to get back on reality TV. And I love Villains, I love Traitors and I love Big Brother because I was on the one in the UK.”

    Meanwhile, Jonathan’s comments come just a few months after Kim addressed speculation of a potential rift between the longtime friends.

    “I love Jonathan,” Kim revealed on a January episode of Khloe Kardashian’s Khloe in Wonder Land podcast. “I think people think we don’t talk.”

    Indeed, the 45-year-old said that life sent them on two separate paths.

    “Jonathan and I are good,” she explained. “Here’s the thing. I had kids and it’s really hard to maintain friendships when you have kids and you’re like in it. And Jonathan’s not going to come and sit around Calabasas all day, he’s like always on the move.”
