San Francisco 49ers WR Jacob Cowing (ankle) fully participated in practice Thursday, Oct. 15.
Why It Matters: Cowing may be in line for a bigger role this week with Deebo Samuel dealing with an injury. He will probably see a few targets in the passing game and could be a possible flex option in some deeper leagues.
