The Oregon Ducks offense is going to be dynamic this season. Not only did quarterback Dante Moore, who had 3,565 pass yards and 30 touchdowns last season, decide to return rather than enter the NFL Draft, but wide receiver Evan Stewart returns after a season-ending injury. Dierre Hill Jr. and Jordon Davidson are also back at running back. That potent attack makes it a possibility that the team could lead the country in points per game this season.
Even though this is a Week 1 game for Boise State, it currently marks the only ranked team the Broncos will play all season. Boise State returns quarterback Maddux Madsen, who had 2,334 passing yards and 18 touchdowns last season. The Broncos also have a two-headed monster at running back with the duo of Dylan Riley (1,125 yards, 10 touchdowns) and Sire Gaines (811 yards, eight touchdowns), plus an experienced offensive line.
Boise State leads the head-to-head matchup 3-1, but Oregon won 37–34 the last time the teams played in 2024.
